Joe is a prolific people’s motivator and sustainability professional who has inspired dozens of youth into productive and sustainable lifestyles. He has a degree in Wood Technology and Industrial Processes and certification in Sustainability studies. He has worked with international intergovernmental organizations, the private sector and is an entrepreneur. He brings more than a decade’s experience in leadership in the financial industry where he worked with multinationals and local financial institutions. As a team leader, he inspired and guided individuals and enterprises to achieve their full potential. 

In 2015, received special recognition by the Kenya Private Sector Alliance as an outstanding mentor of the Kenya Youth Empowerment Project. He heads the Kenya chapter of SOWERS International — an interdenominational Christian organization that focuses on empowering the church in evangelism.

Presently, Joe spends time establishing Matangazo Technologies – A digital company focused on creating content for third-party websites and blogs. Joe lives in Kenya and is married to Evah. They have three lovely children.
