Oke is an experienced educator, trainer, and consultant, with over 25 years’ experience.  

He provides specialist advice on school improvement issues to both UK-based and international educational establishments in a wide range of contexts.

He is an expert in innovating and developing practice in whole-school teaching and learning of all learners, across a range of abilities.  He also has expertise in assisting educational establishments adapt and embed relevant pedagogical approaches for Education within the school curriculum, including Education for Sustainable Development (ESD)

Over the years he has worked with relevant Non-Profit Organisations (NGOs) to develop programmes which focus on a variety of learning approaches and competencies which support the attainment of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
